Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 30 business days. (Initial Transportation by sea, final by UPS or others).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

We do not accept requests to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All purchases made on WINETELL’s official website are subject to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you when the items are submitted to the carrier.
